Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen outside of our control, but I do request you give me at least 24hrs notice via text message at 949-287-2806 if you need to cancel or reschedule. All deposits are non-refundable. If you do not notify me 24hrs in advance, you will lose your deposit and need to pay a new one upon rebooking. No shows are not tolerated and will be charged 30% of their service booked.
